The Southview Lodge in Skegness exceeded our expectations. The stunning setting and location added to the overall experience. The outdoor decking area was a great addition and beautifully fitted to a 5-star standard. The lodge itself was tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The amenities provided, such as the designer towels and fully equipped kitchen, were fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the lodge was exceptional, and the meet and greet service was informative and helpful. this was one of the best lodges we have ever stayed in.

Despite the unfortunate weather, the lodge provided warmth and comfort, and the huge dining table was perfect for playing games and having a great time. We highly recommend this place, especially for families with young children.

the lodge at Southview was even better in person, with a bright and airy atmosphere. the bed was incredibly comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep - a rare find for me when on vacation. the sofas, rattan garden furniture, and sun beds were also very comfortable. the lodge stayed cool even during a heatwave, and it had all the amenities one could need, including TVs in all bedrooms, a wine fridge, and a dishwasher. the bathrooms were spacious with good showers, and there were plenty of cleaning products and towels provided. The lodge was truly one of the best I've ever stayed in. Cons: Everything was exactly what I hoped for and needed. 🌟.

Oh, I just adored not having an iron/ironing board and a first aid box. It made my day so much more exciting trying to figure out how to deal with emergencies and wrinkles on my own!
